Your subscription only starts once Apple and Google have approved your store, and your Shopclip is ready for launch.
In order to keep your Shopclip running, we simply charge 15p per replenishment order that exceeds your monthly plan limit.
Simply login to your dashboard and change your plan from the billing section. Or message us and we'll happily action the change for you.
Due to the fact that we have to manually setup each Shopclip and submit app store approvals, we're unable to provide trials.
Once you've selected a plan, we'll reach out to you to connect your store to our platform and submit a shopclip experience to Apple and Google app stores.
Apple and Google require each Shopclip to be approved before it can be launched on the the respective app stores. This process usualy takes 7-10 working days.
We're currently only integrated with WooCommerce. We're working on integrations with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and custom API's. Message us if you'd like to get in on any of these betas.
Shopclips enable customers to place orders using Apple and Google Pay. You'll need to be signed up with Stripe (or Shopify Payments) to facilitate these transactions.
No, Shopclips will work on any phone, without the need for your customers to download any app!
